Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting a Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to work within a new fully integrated adult Substance Misuse Recovery Service in Herefordshire.
The client is offering a permanent opportunity working on either a full or part time basis paying up to £40,000 per year (pro rata).
As a NMP, the successful applicant will be involved with opiate substitute treatment interventions benzodiazepine reductions, alcohol and opiate detoxifications and relapse prevention medications.
Focusing on wellbeing you will also provide healthcare assessments, administering detoxification medication, completing alcohol and opiate detoxification assessments, providing Blood Borne Virus screening and vaccinations and will work closely with mental health, physical health and social care services.
We are seeking a Non-Medical Prescriber Nurse (NMP) that will join a brand new multi-disciplinary team of professionals. We require an excellent communicator, with the ability to develop support packages that are innovative, flexible and tailored to the needs of each individual.
We are looking for a compassionate individual who loves supporting people with different needs, genuinely interested in helping them, and possesses a deep level of empathy, understanding and patience.
The applicant must have completed and passed a Non-medical prescribing programme.
The applicant must be a qualified nurse currently registered with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC)
