The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

Successful candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day on Friday 15th February 2019 held at Carew House in Bodmin. Please note this will be either a morning or afternoon session to be confirmed.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and self motivated nurse to be part of the Home First Team working flexibly across North Cornwall. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team assessing and planning for care delivery of people in a community setting. You will be striving to deliver high quality personalised care that will promote independence, rehabilitation and enablement for people receiving our service. The aim of the service is to ensure that an integrated approach is taken when delivering care including smooth discharge from a hospital setting that meets each individual’s needs.

The post will deliver a range of skills and expertise to all aspects of community care. It will involve working with patients mainly in a community setting who wish to remain in their own home.

This post will also play an important role in the future development of services Countywide.

This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week, based on a 7 day rota.
