You will be putting your nursing home experience to good effect, assisting the manager with the responsibility for dementia care, GSF and staff training as well as auditing the home (care plans, medical needs, etc.)

Experience in similar Nursing Home Deputy Manager job in a home for the elderly is desirable, and knowledge of CIW Guidelines, Gold Standard Framework for end of life care and knowledge of Dementia Strategy and Dementia mapping would be beneficial.
