We are actively seeking Registered General Nurses (RGN) with at least 1 year’s experience. This role will appeal to nurses who enjoy spending time with patients, understanding their lives and how that is impacted by their physical and mental health.
You will put to use your clinical knowledge and nursing experience across a wide variety of specialities and settings during 45-60 minute conversations with a broad range of clients from every background who are looking to apply for Employment & Support Allowance.
As part of a wider Multi-Disciplinary Team you will manage a diary of appointments, between 9am-5pm each weekday, from your office in Glasgow City Centre. You will need to utilise your excellent time management and organisational skills gained from your experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinic, private or critical care setting.
Each appointment will end with you finishing off your audit beating, objective, evidence based report and sending it on to the DWP in support of your clients application for ESA as part of the decision making process.
This employer offers multiple pathways to promotion, meaning you will find opportunity for career progression taking comfort in the knowledge that your line manager and clinical lead have sat in your seat in their careers too.
You will be working as part of an independent service operated by a leading provider of healthcare services. Our client has a global reach and is proud to support their clients through the provision of qualified and competent nurses, doctors and physiotherapists to ensure each one has a thorough, independent, objective, unbiased assessment of how they manage their physical, mental health and learning disability related issues, in their wider life.
You will find yourself within a customer focused company where customer satisfaction of those being assessed stands at 97%, continuing on an upward trajectory.
