Title: Registered Care Home Nurse (Multiple positions available)

Shifts: Days or Nights

Hours: Full time or Part Time

Locations: Exeter or Plymouth

Salary: From £17.00 to £18.00 per hour + Paid Breaks + Company Pension + Employee Benefits

We a currently seeking multiple Registered Nurses to join Nursing Homes in the South West. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with a friendly and empathetic approach, who have an active NMC pin and demonstrable experience of delivering care plans. Delivering the highest level of care and service to residents, our client is keen to find Healthcare professionals who are devoted to providing compassionate care services.

Essential Requirements of the Registered Nurse

* Registered Nurse with current UKCC registration

* Practice knowledge of care planning

* Professional, understanding, and patient with a warm personality

Role Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse

* Provide a high standard of resident care and ensure that high standards are maintained in line with NMC Codes of Practice and standards.

* Creating specific care plans to meet the needs of the residents. Monitor and review care planning needs for residents and update daily in the person centred software system in line with the company’s policies and procedures.

* Liaise with Doctors on the care and treatment of the residents and ensure that administration of medication and treatment are correctly carried out and inform Doctor of any changes in resident’s conditions.

* The chosen individuals must be experienced Nurses and have previous care planning experience and be professional, understanding and patient with a warm personality.
