Nursing Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated experienced nurse RGN, RMN or RNLD to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Lightwater, Surrey . The care home Care Home with Nursing offers residential and nursing care in a bright and homely environment. The semi-rural location offers a tranquil setting within easy reach of the village's many amenities.

Here are some key facts to know about the home, they were Rated 'Good' across all categories by the CQC. The team provide high quality nursing and residential care as well as being dedicated and friendly team providing tailored care plans. The home has a reputation for a home from home atmosphere.

Role: As the Deputy Nurse manager you will oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home, including developing and updating care plans and maintaining clear, accurate medication records. Always seeking to share your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance and assistance to the rest of our care staff. You will be required to support the Home manager and act up in their absence.
