Leaders In Care is looking for an RSCN qualified Nurse Manager to join a provider of complex care packages in the community, specialising in adult and paediatric care. This Adult & Paediatric Nurse Manager role is based in the South region and comes with a salary of up to £43k p/a DOE.
The successful Adult & Paediatric Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing face to face support to children and their families. You will work closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities.
If you were already working in this Paediatric Nurse Manager role, these are some of the tasks you would have been involved in this week:
Designing and delivering tailored care plans specific to individual needs
Effectively managing the MDT through strong communication and teamwork
Providing ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
Delivering nursing interventions including the management of medicines
You will also be working closely with community teams, CHC nurses and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke care packages.
To apply for this Paediatric Nurse Manager role, you will need to be an RGN or RSCN with an active NMC PIN. You will require the experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators. The role would suit Band 6/Band 7 Registered General Nurses with effective leadership and management skills.
