Leaders In Care is looking for two full-time collaborative and inclusive Nurse Managers in Bradford. As an RN Manager, you will be leading and motivating a team that provides paediatric complex care in the community. Ideally, you will be a paediatric nurse, as all the children the team work with have complex clinical health needs (tracheostomy, ventilation, complex seizures etc.). The nursing work will focus on clinical needs rather than learning disabilities or behavioural problems.

You will be responsible for managing up to three non-qualified Assistant Managers, who in turn will be overseeing and managing the day to day running of the care packages and associated staff.

What you'll need to offer:

Nursing certifications, with an active NMC PIN
Tracheostomy and ventilator experience
A flexible approach to work and the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities while meeting deadlines

This RN Case Manager job pays £33,200 to £42,000, determined by size of case load you will cover.

The general working hours for this Nursing Manager position are Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30, but the role might involve working outside of these hours, including weekends.

In addition to the favourable salary and full support in the job, there are numerous additional benefits, including mileage paid at 25p per mile and six weeks' annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
