Unit Manager required in Oxford paying £45k per year, Days - Full time

Job Setting
We are looking for a passionate Unit Manager to work within a purpose built nursing home in Oxford. This role will also be suitable for a Staff Nurse looking to step in their career. You would be joining part of an established team who are striving to maintain their current Good CQC report into an Outstanding.

You will be leading the general care unit as making sure the unit is run to the companies high standards, whilst helping to train junior staff to the same level. You will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Unit Manager will have excellent clinical leadership skills and will benefit from ongoing training.
