Mental Health Nurse Team Leader, Band 6, Havant.
A Nurse Team Leader is needed to actively lead and supervise a busy team. The role involves leading, training, supervising and professionally developing their team who will be delivering care for inpatients who are experiencing acute mental health crisis.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading and contributing in the process of planning and coordinating service user care and undertaking interventions in line with agreed care plan, formulating care plans.
The candidate will set expectations for staff and provide support so that staff can carry out those expectations.
The role is an initial 3 Month, full time NHS contract with likelihood of extension.
The role is full-time and covers a flexible shift pattern including earlies, late shifts and nights.
The hourly rate for the role is £25p/h for Monday - Friday daytime hours, £30p/h for Saturdays and Nights and £34p/h for Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Candidates must be a qualified RMN with a valid NMC Pin, and must have previous experience leading and working with patients who have mental health issues.
