GREAT INITAL ROLE FOR A NURSE PLANNING TO BECOME A HOME MANAGER
Private Nursing Home is looking for an efficent and caring Nurse who would like to take on management responsibilities.
You will manage a team of nurses and carers, leading and developing them to be the best.
You will offer compassionate and kind care , you are happy to undertake Management courses
You are up to date with Nurse Clinical Practice, you know how to Nurse revalidate, and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
You have a eye for detail, you know how to perform Nurse Audits and Monitoring, You know how to communicate, and are not scared of computers.
You are not really looking for a role, but you are interested to know more.
