Leaders In Care is on the lookout for a qualified Senior Nurse Unit Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to work at a brand-new, purpose-built, complex nursing service in Hull. Our client's home, due to open in spring 2021, is for up to 20 service users and its unique layout means they will be able to offer holistic care for adults with complex mental and physical health needs and associated challenging behaviours.

With day or night shifts available, there are permanent contracts of 33, 38.5 and 44 hours per week for an RGN, RMN or RNLD Qualified Nurse Unit Manager. The salary offered equates to £35,000+ pa based on a 38.5 hour week (£17.50ph) and you will receive a £1500 welcome bonus. The successful candidate will join an inclusive team ready to start in March / April.

As Nurse Unit Manager, you'll bring warmth, enthusiasm, and compassion to your post when providing nursing care to service users and keep your team's morale high as you motivate them to go about their daily duties.
To apply, you must be a Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD) with an active NMC pin and some leadership experience. With outstanding communication skills, you must be able to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate for this role will be up to date with evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC standards.

We are looking for a Senior Nurse to work as Unit Manager on days or nights, and we also have Staff Nurse roles available to work within this brand new service.
