This is an amazing opportunity to part of a team opening a brand-new complex care service in Hull. You will join the team as a Nurse Unit Manager in this 18-bed home which split over 2 units. Each unit looks after conditions including complex mental health, Neuro-disability, brain injury and stoke, complex dementia, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviour for adults aged 18+.

With over 95% of their homes are rated Good or Outstanding by CQC, this is a company that values high standards. All homes are made up of small 10 bed units, giving you the opportunity to really work closely with the people you support and celebrate in their progress. Along side this they maintain some of the best staffing levels in the industry with 1 nurse and 4-6 support staff per 10 bed unit, plus all unit managers, clinical leads and home managers all registered nurses.

Hourly rate £18.20 per hour plus a welcome bonus of £1500

Full time, permanent contract for 38.5 hours days or nights available
Shift Pattern (Week 1, 3 shifts) (Week 2, 4 shifts) - 12 hour shifts

You will be a fully qualified registered nurse with a valid NMC Pin
Due to the nature of the conditions, you will be either a Mental Health Nurse RMN or Learning Disability Nurse RNLD with an interest in learning some general nursing skills OR a Registered General Nurse RGN with an existing knowledge of the Mental health act and some experience working with complex mental health conditions
Leadership experience as a nurse unit manager or ready to take that step up in your career
