Hours of Work: Part-time 20 hours per week

We can't do this without you, so we're looking for a Nursery Financial Administrator who shares our values to join our friendly team at our nursery in Ripon. You will have previous administration experience, preferably gained in a school or nursery.

About our Ripon Nursery
Situated conveniently on College Business Park we are the childcare of choice in Ripon. We are handily located for the Ripon Bypass (A61), approximately 5 minutes by car and the nearby Ripon town centre and main bus and coach station are also a short 6 minute drive away. For those commuting further afield the A1 (M) can be accessed in approximately 15 minutes.

Key responsibilities:
* Providing first class administrative support and personal assistance to the Nursery Manager
* Ensure the efficiency of the day to day running of the nursery
* Ensure that each of the financial data and records are accurate and up to date at all times
* Follow the company's policies and procedures, whilst at all times complying with data protection legislation.

You need:
* Experience of working independently and confidently
* Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of invoicing and credit control
* Experience of working with accounts software
