BAND 5 and 6 Neonatal Intensive Care Nurses at Ashford and St Peters Neonatal Unit
Ashford and St Peter's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is every bit as special as the babies we care for.
We are the Lead level 3 NICU for Surrey and part of the Surrey, Sussex and Kent Network, providing expert care for the sickest and most complex babies using the most up to date ventilator techniques such as Vapotherm in the delivery room and birthday cuddles.
We have a total of 38 cots, consisting of 10 ITU and an 8 bedded transitional care unit and host the Surrey arm of the Transport Service.
Our NICU we are recruiting band 5 and 6 nurses, who are ready to work in an innovative environment where every team member makes a difference. Your expertise and experience will be valued and with a permanent clinical educator in post your professional development will be assured. Band 6 QIS nurses can become part of the Neonatal Transport Team once your training is complete. You will be assigned a team leader to support your development in Neonatal Nursing Practice. The unit has a strong research ethos meaning you can be involved in the latest research projects. Opportunities to develop your own particular interests will be supported and encouraged.
St Peters Hospital is close to local attractions, the M25 and M3. Woking, a mainline station, is just 4 miles away, with access to our vibrant capital city in only 25 minutes.
Band 5 and 6 salary including HCAS
Band 5 - £25,425 - £31,618
Band 6 - £31,921 - £39,029
