This is an interesting role, if you are hoping to become a Home Manager at some point in your career.
This Group has around 20 homes, so is still small enough, and you would not just be a NUMBER
This is a Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead role to run a 70 bedded home, that is opening in Feb, with 2 residents coming on board a week - sensible.
You need not have any deputy experience, as the Manager is one of the best in the marketplace. He takesgood strong clinical nurses, and trains them on a one to one basis to become Managers of the Future. He has left 2 behind in his last homes he opened for the group.
