We currently have an opportunity for a Clinical lead (RGN) to join my clients beautiful nursing home located in Birmingham.
Great opportunity for a registered nurse or senior nurse looking to a step up into a more managerial position.
Job Specification:
* Leadership and Management of the clinical staff within the home
* Develop the skills of the care team
* Promote and maintain a high standard of nursing care
* Create and develop care plans for residents
* To work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
* Must be RGN qualified
* Excellent communication skills
* Respond to incidents in a professional and appropriate manor
* Regularly assess resident's needs and develop services to reflect this
