This small but perfectly formed provider has a handful of fantastic elderly care homes within the area with quality at the heart of everything they do. This home is set in a quiet area not too far from the village centre in a beautiful period property which has been elegantly refurbished to provide comfortable and homely surroundings to those that live here. The home has a Good CQC and is part of a group of homes that have Good CQC's across the board (infact, one of the homes has an Outstanding in one KLOE!). People who work here feel genuinely valued and respected by their employer.

After being at the helm for the last 5 years, the current home manager is ready for pastures new and as such a vacancy has arisen at this home which is being handed over in great shape.
The position attracts a generous salary for the size of the home, a KPI-related bonus scheme, 33 days leave (25 days plus the Bank Holidays) as well as the expected workplace pension and SSP.
You are not necessarily required to be a qualified nurse for this position. As long as you have a good track record of managing a medium sized service then we would love for you to apply!
