Salary: £40,600 to £49,500pa (depending on experience)

Hours: 35 hours per week

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Manager with a Registered Nurse qualification for this 70 bedded care home withand 15 independent living flats. nursing.

About the role

You will be supported to become registered with the Care Quality Commission within 6 months of joining us
Be fully conversant with CQC regulations and requirements
With an employee base of 150, you will need to possess and demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills by coaching and mentoring expectations 'on the floor'
Able to focus upon multiple tasks with a proven ability to meet deadlines and complete projects with positive outcomes
Continued promotion of the homes already excellent status in relation to person centred Dementia care and End of Life CareAbout you

Registered Nurse - this is an essential requirement - active on the NMC register
Previous experience in a Registered Managers role with RMA or Level 5 Diploma
Excellent communication skills, able to network effectively with stakeholders
