Leaders In Care is seeking a full-time Nursing Home Manager to work in a nursing home in Preston. The role comes with a very competitive salary of up to £50,000 p/a plus benefits. The Preston care home you will be working in is rated Good in all areas by the CQC. The home provides residential and dementia care for 42 male and female adults over the age of 60. Many of the residents have dementia, and the home provides diagnostic and screening procedures, and treatment of disease, disorder or injury.
To apply, you'll need the following:
Proven ability to maintain a "Good" CQC record
A nursing pin for RGN, RMN or RNLD (provided the latter has additional training)
Significant nursing home experience - the experience of running a successful older people's nursing care home would be advantageous
Prior healthcare experience in such areas as respite and palliative care, dementia and challenging behaviour would be highly beneficial
Drawing on your nursing home manager experience, RN nurse manager experience or RMN nurse manager experience, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the best quality care is prioritised and delivered through effective leadership and management. You will support and inspire continuous improvement within the home, both in the quality of service provision and commercial performance.
