Leaders In Care is looking for a full-time Nursing Home Manager in Rhyl to manage and lead a nursing and residential home. The healthcare role will suit an RMN Nurse Manager or RGN Nurse Manager with significant Nursing Home experience and comes with a generous salary of up to £55k p/a.
You will be working for a home that provides both nursing and elderly care, with a seventy-bed capacity. The home is close to the Rhyl seafront and benefits from strong transport links in this quaint seaside resort and community in the Welsh county of Denbighshire.
The successful Nursing Home Manager candidate will be a nurse (RMN or RGN), with relevant healthcare experience, i.e. nursing homes, mental health, or private hospitals. You will also require the following:
A minimum Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management
An RN nursing qualification with active NMC certificate and PIN
Demonstratable experience working in the healthcare sector
Can you evidence acquired and seasoned leadership and management qualities?
As a qualified nurse with home management experience, you will need a pragmatic approach. You must be able to balance running a caring and empathetic healthcare service alongside achieving consistent commercial and business results.
