Recuitment Panda are really pleased to be helping one of our favourite family owned groups recruit a new manager for one of their small but perfectly formed homes
Its has just 30 beds, a Good rating, and in the most beautiful building with fantastic grounds.
Enviromentally it is superb.
The Home is running well, undercapacity, but fully staffed with a caring and compassionate team
As the manager of this home you will be able to draw upon your wide ranging leadership skills and extensive expertise, as you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the home, ensuring it runs as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, care excellence, parallel with the commercial success of the home, driving the home forward towards 'Outstanding' from its current status as a CQC 'Good' rated in all areas.
Nurse qualified with an active NMC pin preferable but a Home Manager with a good track record and no PIN would be considered.
Proven experience of leading teams in order to provide high levels of customer service.
A comprehensive knowledge of budgets and maximisation of incomes - EBITDAR, P&L, and Budgets
A target driven approach to occupancy ensuring that the needs of the business are met at all times
You should be dedicated to raising the standard for older people person centered care
An individual who has demonstrable business and service management skills including HR, facilities, IT and Recruitment
You should hold the QCF Level 5 or similar qualification
You should have the ability to delegate, problem solve and prioritise workloads on a daily basis
