Bradshaw Bretton are looking to source a nurse registered home manager for their clients 60 bed specialist dementia nursing home in Southampton. The home is immaculate and has always maintained a GOOD CQC history. The home provides specialist care to both male and female dementia patients from all over the UK.
Our client has a small portfolio of nursing homes and are looking to increase their beds over the next few years. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Home Manager who is looking for their next challenge.
Job role:
As General Manager you will be responsible for the operation of the 60 bedded service, taking full ownership and accountability for all aspects of this specialist neuro-degenerative nursing care provision.
In doing this you will ensure the care of all residents in the service meets the standards and requirements and provide leadership in all aspects of service delivery according to the many regulations, legislation and codes that govern our service.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the General Manager’s role is to deliver excellence in the day to day operational management of the service whilst working with the Senior Management Team to contribute to the delivery of the wider strategic agenda.
