Neuro Occupational Therapist
Band: 6/7 Depending on experience

As a Neuro OT delivering NHS services with us you will receive a salary up to £37,267 including the NHS pension. Working within the Community Rehabilitation team, you will work with the service manager, and clinical lead to deliver robust clinical services.
Working closely with our Community, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Early Supported Discharge (ESD) and Inpatient Rehabilitation Services' you'll provide specialist care and knowledge to our patients, staff and affiliated partners. You'll care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work.
You will be an experienced, motivated and a forward thinking qualified Neuro OT with strong communication and organisation skills and a flexible approach will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
We have built organisation-wide committees in many specialist fields. You'll have the option to join your clinical specialism, networking with professionals from across the country. We get together regularly, auditing and sharing standard methodology for innovation and service re-design. You'll be a part of the pool of subject matter experts bringing together clinical and operational leads. You will be a part of quality improvements, research and development activity.
