To work within a growing medical practice, based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, focussing on Menopause and Wellbeing.
The role will involve a variety of tasks from day-to-day administration, through to supporting projects within the operations team. Examples of activities will range from supporting the continuous improvement of operational practices and procedures, systems development, delivery and maintenance of procedural documents and other activities to achieve a high level of service provision and growth objectives.
Supporting two clinic practice managers and two business directors, the successful candidate will be highly organised and an efficient professional with administrative experience, pro-active, agile and a self-starter. It will be an individual who thrives in a team working, fast paced environment with a tenacity to help drive change.
Key competencies will include: excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literate, good time management, attention to detail, a strong understanding of outstanding customer service and an ability to work within a team and also to take initiative and work independently.
