Ofsted Registered Manager, Ealing
We are currently recruiting for a PERMANENT Registered Manager in Ealing, West London.
This role is to start ASAP and will be working Full time hours (40 hours a week).
Our client is already established in another area of London and have recently renovated 2 properties in the Ealing area. This a brand new service where you will be managing your own project. Regional management experience would also be beneficial.
Essential Requirements to apply for this role:
•Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services; or equivalent; or a preparedness to work towards the same.
•Significant experience at senior level in a Children's Home.
•Excellent knowledge of the OFSTED inspection framework
Some of your duties will include:
•To have responsibility for managing referrals into the service from a variety of sources
and maintain high levels of occupancy.
•To produce a development plan for the service that ensures the delivery of high quality,
clinically informed practice.
•Ensure all clinical practices and medication processes within the home are conducted in
line with legislation.
•Ensure that safe working practices are employed by all staff at all times in accordance
with the Health and Safety at Work legislation.
•To ensure all children and young people in residence at the home are risk and needs
assessed and that these assessments are regularly reviewed and updated
