Anaesthetic Nurse or ODP  
Theatre  
North London      
Permanent, FT - 37.5 hrs        
Up to £35,000, depending on experience

Client Information:  
Our client has leading private hospitals all over the UK and continuously growing. They currently offer treatment to patients undergoing medical and surgical interventions including general surgery, ENT, gastroenterology, gynaecology, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, oncology and cardiology. They operate within state of the art facilities equipped with the latest technology and also offer a range of diagnostics imaging tests and scans. Their hospitals are able to offer the most complex surgeries to patients with exceptional aftercare both inpatient and outpatient.  
        
Opportunities:        
We are currently looking to recruit some Anaesthetics Nurses/Practitioners to work at the hospital.    
       
Reporting into the Theatre manager you will be responsible for planning and delivering appropriate care to patients on the ward. Part of your day to day will involve preparing the Anaesthetic room according to the individual needs of the patient and Anaesthetist, ensuring all equipment is checked prior to use and any faults reported to the Theatre Co-ordinator immediately and preparing patients and provide assistance for clinical/operative procedures. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining patient records and responding to any queries or complaints. You will also be involved in the induction of new staff & any other ad hoc duties required by senior members of staff.    
     
To be considered for this role you would have you will have a relevant anaesthetic nurse qualification or operating department practitioner qualification. Ideally you will have at least 1 years experience working in anaesthetic's and experience across multiple specialties. Part of this role involves having an innate attention to detail with a strong ability to work well under pressure. You will adapt easily to situations and be a good communicator within a team. Computer competency would also be a vital part of the role.
