Bluestones Medical is currently recruiting for theatre scrub practitioners trained in ophthalmology, for an ongoing 6 month weekend contract based within an NHS Hospital in North Wales.

Due to increased demand from an NHS Waiting List Service, we are currently helping a private sector health group to build a strong theatre team and assist with the operating theatre lists for cataract surgeries across the region. This position would be best suitable to a scrub practitioner with at least 12 months working within an ophthalmic setting, looking for long-term continuous work, and who has full availability to join this team for continuous Saturday and Sunday work.

To be considered for this role you should have:

* At least 12 months experience in a theatres environment

* A valid registration through the NMC or HCPC

As this work is based within the private sector, we are able to offer you payments through your LTD company / PSC should you have one (pending IR35 – April 2021).
