Outpatients Nurse ENT Central London Permanent, FT - 37.5 hrs   Up to £36,000 Are you an experienced outpatient nurse looking for a new role? Let TTM Healthcare point you in the right direction with this exciting opportunity….   Client Information:   Our client is one of the oldest Hospitals, located in the heart of London, specialising in Medical and Surgical care. They have several units spanned across two prestigious areas of London focused on providing world-class treatment to their patients. They have an expansive team of over 300 consultants who are supported by expertly qualified nurses offering care in various specialities including: Diagnostic & Radiology services, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Cosmetic, Dialysis & Endoscopy. This is a 250 bedded hospital with 17 Theatres, and Endoscopy unit, Radiology unit and Dialysis unit. We are currently looking to recruit an RGN to work in the outpatient department, specifically ENT. In this role you will assist the consultants in running the ENT clinics. Working alongside the Senior Staff Nurses in the unit you will be responsible for ensuring the right standard of care is provided to all patients at all time. You will have an innate ability to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly. Working as part of the team you will be competent across Venepuncture, Cannulation and Phlebotomy, carrying out these tasks on a daily basis while maintaining a safe environment for patients under your care. Part of your role with involve administrative duties such as updating clinic sheets, answering queries from patients, consultants and secretaries and booking consultant rooms. You will assist medical staff when necessary and deputise for any senior members of staff in their absence. To be considered for this role you will have at least one years' experience working in a medical or surgical setting. Ophthalmic experience would be an advantage. You will have experience with IV, Phlebotomy and Cannulation however training can be offered in certain areas if necessary to enthusiastic candidates. You will be a caring and compassionate nurse with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. You will adapt easily to new situations and be able to build strong working relationships within the team. Sound like the role for you?
