Expressions of interest are invited to provide primary medical services under a General Medical Services Contract for approximately 4,912 patients in the Fauldhouse area of West Lothian. The GMS services are provided from leased premises at Breich Valley Medical Practice, Fauldhouse Partnership Centre, Lanrigg Road, Fauldhouse, EH47 2JD.

This is an excellent opportunity to improve health outcomes and NHS Lothian would welcome applications from interested parties that will deliver high quality primary medical services responsive to the needs of the patient population. As well as delivering essential services, the successful provider will be expected to offer a range of additional and enhanced services.

It is a requirement that all applicants meet the criteria of section 17L of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, as amended.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Paediatric Nurse to join our team to support the Paediatric Community Children's Nursing Service within Forth Valley Royal Hospital. The post will involve working closely with a variety of health professionals and interagency colleagues in the delivery of the service to support children and families across NHS Forth Valley. The successful applicant will provide senior managerial support to the Team Leader and must have a Child Branch Certificate / RSCN certificate. Experience in working within a community setting and of supporting children with a diagnosis of Diabetes is desirable. He/she should have been working as a band 5 Paediatric Nurse within both acute and community settings.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
