Title: Female Paediatric Nurse
Location: West Hampstead, NW6

Wage: £45,000.00 gross per annum
Driver required? Essential
Essential: Diploma in Nursing RGN/ RCN, Current PIN, paediatric experience
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday – Sunday mixture of daily and waking night shifts
About this client/child:
Anna (3) is an adorable little girl who likes being cuddled and enjoys a lot of stimulation. Anna sustained brain damage at birth and requires 24/7 care. She has Cerebral palsy, epilepsy, profound visual and hearing impariments and gastroesophageal reflux disorder. Anna is fed permanently via a Percutaneous Gastrostomy tube (PEG) and has a specific feeding regime. She suffers from projectile vomiting and requires constant monitoring and supervision of her airway.
Overview of role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated paediatric nurse to join Anna’s team. Your role will be to provide all aspects of care and support as required, including personal care and medical interventions. You will be responsible for implementing therapy into Anna’s daily routine, all training will be provided by her therapists. You will be required to help with light housework duties related to Anna; these will include laundry, ironing and cleaning to ensure safe and clean environment. You will closely monitor Anna’s condition and liase with her parents, team and the case manager.
