Spire Clare Park Hospital is looking for an Administrator to join our Inpatient Bookings team responsible for ensuring all procedures are accurately processed and booked.
Spire Clare Park is an elective hospital situated in Farnham that has recently been rated as good by the CQC. We offer a range of surgical specialties which include Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic, Urology, Dermatology and ENT. Spire Clare Park also has a recently opened endoscopy suite based in our scenic site in the Surrey Hills. Please note that due to our rural location access to your own vehicle is critical.
Duties and responsibilities:
Your tasks will include receiving Inpatient Bookings from Consultants and Medical Secretaries and accurately entering into our SAP based system. You will ensure theatre and ward availability and inform the patient of any changes and updates. This role will include plenty of stakeholder engagement as you liaise with insurance companies and ensure paperwork is in place ready for patient’s admissions.

- You will need to have experience in an administration role within healthcare
- organised with good computer literacy
- Someone who excels in customer service
