You will work systematically in delivering a relationship based programme where frequency, tenacity and creativity are central.

They will have a relevant professional qualification and/or experience in an area such as nursing, social work, mental health, education, criminal justice, youth work or counselling. They will also have experience working with families/individuals who present with a range of complex needs and demonstrate an ability to create rapport and build effective relationships. A knowledge of local and national adult safeguarding, childcare legislation and protection procedures is desirable.

In return, we can offer you:

+ A friendly and supportive working environment
+ Generous annual leave entitlement
+ Access to training and development
+ Challenging and rewarding work
+ Employee benefits and discounts
