People Support Coordinator - HR (Fixed Term) based at Epworth House, DerbyAvailable hours: Full Time - 37 hours.
(12 Month Fixed Term Contract) Here at MHA we're busy investing in our People and HR systems and have a fantastic opportunity for a fixed term HR Coordinators. As a charity, that enables older people to live later life well, we are looking for candidates with experience of administering recruitment processes in a large multi-site organisation. Our People Support team (HR Shared Service Centre) are responsible for delivering a high quality and consistent HR, Recruitment and Payroll administration service. This means ensuring all transactional processes relating to the employee lifecycle are processed correctly in line with agreed work instructions and SLAs. Our team are structured across Payroll and HR work streams with a strong focus on recruitment administration. Responsibilities include placing job adverts, issuing offers and contracts of employment along with setting up new starters on our HR System.
