Peripatetic Care Home Manager – London Region. 50k plus 2.5k car allowance

Excelcare are looking for a Peripatetic Care Home Manager to support our London region which comprises 7 homes, 6 of which offer nursing care.  You should be an experienced Care Home/Registered Manager ideally with peripatetic experience to assist in homes during the absence of their current manager. Peripatetic and/or multi-site experience would be beneficial.

About you:

  • Experience in implementing sustainable improvements within a care or nursing home setting as a Home Manager (3 years)
  • Proven track record in turning around homes, improving services and leaving sustainable change
  • Ability to build strong and effective teams
  • Excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Passionate about the delivery of first class care and nursing
  • Budgetary management
  • Level 5 qualification or equivalent with 3 years management experience
  • Nurse PIN desirable but not essential
  • Flexible to travel across the region
  • Driving licence and own car
