Job Title: Peripatetic Manager - Nursing Home  

Location: West & East Sussex (Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead)

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 annually Excellent Benefits Pension

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate experienced Home Manager to join a leading private company to work acorss and oversee a number of Nursing Homes in West and East Sussex.

The services specialise in residential and dementia care as well as neurological care and Profound Learning Disability care.

As the Home Manager you will be involved in undertaking the operations at a Home in the absence of a manager or provide support and assistance to Home Managers as and when required, overseeing the highest quality of care and prepare monthly reports for the Senior management team, guiding, supporting and directing the Home manager to ensure that the home and its staff are providing the highest level of nursing and residential care standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a private healthcare provider.

Person Specification:

Our client is looking for a Peripatetic Care Home Manager. All applicants must have previous home management experience, knowledge of CQC and care standards and. Preferred experience have a NVQ management qualification.
