Peripatetic Manager Surrey / Sussex / Kent Salary - £50,000 per annum
My client has an exciting new opportunity for a Peripatetic / Trouble Shooting Manager to join the management team in supporting home managers of challenging homes to turn around or improve on current standards. You will be based in various projects and will be responsible for auditing and monitoring the homes and providing actions plans along with the quality and compliance manager and operations manager.
You will require experience in a similar role previously as my client is looking for existing crisis management and trouble shooting skills and a track record over various projects with a regional remit. A need to cover any home as a relief manager as and when needed is required although this is expected to be rare.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Crisis / Trouble shooting manager to contribute to moving the business forward and make a difference
You must have experience of managing fully compliant care homes along with CQC reports to reflect this. You will be rewarded with a salary of £50,000.
