Peripatetic Home Manager
Essex / London
Salary up ton £65,000

Are you an exceptional Peripatetic Home Manager looking for a new role in London / Essex?
Have you got experience in managing a fully compliant nursing home for elderly residents?

Reporting into the Director of Operations, as the Peripatetic / Trouble Shooting Manager you will support the Home Managers' of challenging homes to turn around or improve on current standards. You will be based in various projects in and around the Essex area and will be responsible for auditing and monitoring the homes and providing actions plans. You also may be required to stand in for home with an absent Manager.
Using your quality skills and person centred ethos, you will ensure all the necessary improvements are implemented / maintained in line with CQC regulation by ensuring the best possible care is being delivered to the residents under your remit. As you will know, you will be able to achieve this by:

- Auditing the home regularly
- Implement action plans and manage the plans through to completion
- Recruit permanent nurses and carers to create a consistent feel for the residents whilst reducing agency spend
- Create a person centred environment that exceeds the expectations and needs of each resident 

As the new Peripatetic Home Manager, you will also have a strategic approach and a strong business acumen which will allow you to deliver quality care whilst managing a successful and profitable home in line with the organisation's growth strategy.

You will be RGN/RMN qualified.
