Job Title: Personal / Executive Assistant Salary: £25K to £27K Location: Leicestershire
•Supporting the Managing Director, which may include supporting other Directors within the business •Attend meetings where required to take minutes and actions either face to face or via video link •Collate, co-ordinate and distribute Board packs on a monthly basis •Organise and co-ordinate meetings on and off site •Arrange UK and global travel and accommodation requirements including hotels, trains, visas and flights •Organise off site conferences and events •Devise and maintain appropriate paper and electronic based administration systems •Assist Directors with producing/photocopying documents, briefing papers, reports and presentation material including PowerPoint presentations and exec summaries for bids •To assist and ensure the Directors are well-prepared for meetings •Ensure diaries are accurate and suitable travel time is offered between meetings •Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, relaying appropriately or handling when necessary, •Create and distribute agendas •Meeting & greeting visitors when necessary. •Deal with incoming and outgoing email and post •Producing, updating and distributing Management Holiday Report
Requirements for the Role:
The post holder is required to have relevant experience in providing secretarial/administrative work at Board level.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office packages is essential, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
