Integrated Community Nursing Service
PGDip in Advancing Nursing Practice (District Nursing) Part Time 2 year course: Development Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for you to develop your leadership, decision making and clinical skills whilst obtaining a Specialist Practice Qualification in District Nursing. This programmewill encourage your personal development by engaging you in debate, critical analysis and reflection.
We have three opportunities for innovative nurses to undertake the PGDip in Advancing Nursing Practice with the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. This a long distance teaching programme commencing in September 2019.
You will need to be a Registered Nurse with experience of working in the community and
You will need a BSc (Hons) or evidence of post registration study.
You must also meet Robert Gordon University entry requirements.
.You will be able to demonstrate sound leadership skills and have a commitment to working in the community.
This is a part time distance learning course over two years. This will allow the successful candidate to combine study with contracted hours
All course fees are funded through Health Education Wessex. Salary support will be negotiated at interview.
