We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join the thriving clinical team at a hospital that is passionate about providing the best experience for both patients and employees. This full-time healthcare role comes with a salary of £54,000 alongside a wide range of great benefits. This private hospital has c80 beds, 4 operating theatres, a specialist oncology suite, physiotherapy, pharmacy and diagnostic imaging facilities. They have a reputation for providing excellent care and have great management teams in place. The Pharmacy Manager will be working 37.5 hours per week as a vital part of their compassionate and hardworking team. The Pharmacy Manager will primarily be responsible for managing a team of Pharmacists and Technicians. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring exceptional medicines management and efficient stock management. Empowering your team to be visible throughout the hospital and an essential part of the patient pathway will also be a key part of your role. You must be a qualified Pharmacist with a professional registration to apply for this Pharmacy Manager position. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing pharmacy teams within a hospital setting.
