Pharmacy Manager | Reading | Full time | £45,000k - £55,000k depending on experience!

Here at MediTalent, we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a new exciting pharmacy Manager role.

Duties:

• Working within own level of competence and in accordance with current legislation, accepted professional and ethical standards and our client's policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the safe and effective use of medicines, ensuring cost efficiency.
• To manage an exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation, accepted professional and ethical standards and clinical requirements.
• Be responsible for leading, motivating and effectively managing the pharmacy team by providing excellent leadership.
• Contribute to the safe and effective use of medicines, ensuring cost efficiency.

The Candidate:

• Must be a registered Pharmacist
• Must have 5 years Hospital Pharmacy experience
• Recent or current management experience
• Experience in Oncology and previously or currently worked in the private sector is desirable

Salary & Benefits:

• £45,000k - £55,000k p/annum
