Bromley Healthcare CIC is an NHS community provider and part of the NHS family.

But we are a little different; we like to think that we stand out from typical NHS organisations as Bromley Healthcare CIC is actually a co-owned social enterprise, co-owned by its employees. This means that our staff remain on NHS Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions and are members of the NHS pension scheme (providing you are eligible), if not we can offer the Nest or Scottish Widows pension schemes.

What difference does this make?

Because our Nurses, therapists and support staff co-own Bromley Healthcare CIC and have a real say in how our services are run, this has created a greater sense of ownership, responsibility & motivation among our staff which in turn creates better quality for our patients & families.

If you are keen to work for a dynamic, forward thinking but different type of NHS employer then Bromley Healthcare could be for you!

We are looking for Podiatry Clinical lead to join our talented team.

Are you an experienced Podiatrist with strong leadership skills seeking a new challenge? Can you inspire a team? If so this could be for you!

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, committed and enthusiastic individual to provide clinical leadership for the community Podiatry Service within the borough of Bromley.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a service that is making a real difference in the lives of people who live within the borough of Bromley. The service has recently been restructured, and this is a great time to join the Service and be pivotal in driving through change. The successful candidate will have a clinical degree (or equivalent) with substantial post qualification experience. You will have a proven track record of managing a team, organisational change and delivering to agreed targets. You will have relevant clinical experience and will be available to offer support to junior colleagues in managing complex cases. You will also have a clinical commitment (50% of your time).
