Chase Medical have an exciting vacancy for a Practice Nurse

to join a well-supported centre in the lovely coastal town of Lowestoft

.

The aim of the practice is to provide patient focused care, whilst supporting their nursing team to reach their full potential. This role would be perfect for a Practice Nurse who's looking to develop into a specialist within a particular long term illness.

Who are we looking for?

A motivated Practice Nurse with excellent communication skills, looking to join a stable, innovative team.

As well as being an experienced Practice Nurse with the following clinical skills - Cytology, Immunisations/Vaccinations and Chronic Disease Management, any other clinical skills will certainly be beneficial.
