Practice Nurse job in Leeds at Chase Medical

We have an exciting Practice Nurse vacancy at a GP surgery in LS21 postcode, they have up to full time hours available and are ideally looking to take on 2 Nurses at this practice.

The Surgery is a lovely modern build with great facilities in a quaint little market village, they have staff parking on site, local amenities, and use System One.

They boast a Good CQC report, excellent patient reviews and a large clinical team comprised of 6 GPs, 4 Practice Nurses and 2 Advanced Practitioners to support their patient list of 6000.

You'll be expected to have General Practice experience, and be confident with Cytology, Baby Immunisations, Flu Vaccines, Travel Health and Chronic Conditions. Additional skills such as Sexual Health & Family Planning, Dressings and Ear Care would be welcomed.

If successful you will receive a competitive salary of around £35,000 FTE which will be DOE, alongside this you'll receive an attractive 5 weeks of annual leave, bank holidays off, pension contributions and indemnity provided.
