This forward-thinking GP Practice is looking for a new Practice Nurse to join them on a permanent basis for 37.5 hours a week, however they are open to part-time applicants!
A successful candidate will join a dynamic team consisting of; 10 GPs, 2 Practice Nurses and 2 Health Care Assistants. In addition to this, the candidate will benefit from ongoing support and regular training, a Competitive Salary, NHS Pension, Medical Indemnity and 5 weeks Annual Leave, plus bank holidays!
To be considered for the position you must have General Practice experience and up to date knowledge and experience in Chronic Disease Management.
