Belmont Recruitment is currently looking for a Primary Care Liaison Nurse (Band 6) to join the team for an ongoing contract role based in the outskirts Bristol to the East for the NHS. This role is available immediately on a Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm basis and they are negotiable on the pay dependent on experience. The role is initially for 3 months.
This role will afford rapid access to credible specialist mental health expertise for GPs, Primary Care staff and other referring agents who are requiring support and expert advice on meeting the mental health needs of the people within their caseloads. This will ensure that patients in Primary Care have their mental health needs more clearly assessed, defined, cared for and treated by Primary Care Health Care Professionals and that the pathways to best meet someone’s needs is optimised. For most people this will mean remaining within Primary Care supported by the Primary Care Liaison Service where needed, but for some, needs necessitating, there will be a smooth transfer into AWP treatment services.
The trust is open to application for locum RMN’s/Social Workers/OT’s.
The pay rate for this locum role is negotiable between £25.00 - £32.00 per hour dependant on experience, however they could possibly go higher for someone with years of experience.
