A well-established Biotechnology Company are looking to add a Principal Scientist in to their Human Cell Culture Specialist Team in Cambridge on a permanent basis.

The Company:

This company are looking to expand their team at an exciting point of growth. They commit to meeting customer needs of iPSC-derived cells in terms of quality and performance standards across their company. They are looking for an individual to use their previous experience with stem cell/ iPSC to join this exciting team, and expand their knowledge and skills in this role.

Principal Scientist Role:

Responsible for delivering research programmes and experiments using iPSC differentiation, and cellular assays.
Working as part of a team where you will lead junior staff in carrying out iPSC experiments.
Work collaboratively with other senior team members, and report to the Chief Scientific Officer.
Work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, good documentation practise, and all Health and Safety Procedures.
Principal Scientist Requirements:

5+ years’ experience with stem cells/ iPSCs.
Proven line management experience.
PhD qualified within a life science field.
Expert experience in assay development, such as; flow cytometry, ELISA, or Imaging assays.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and work to deadlines.
Data presentation skills for project teams.
