Mental Health Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist: Hunter AHP have an opportunity for an experienced mental health Occupational Therapist to secure a 6 month locum contract, in a, locked rehabilitation environment. The service provides mental health rehabilitation across multiple site for both males and females detained under the mental health act.
You will work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary therapy team, across 2 sites so a car driver would be required. On each site you will be working with adults with a forensic risk.
Key responsibilities of the Forensic Mental Health Rehab Occupational Therapy role as follows:
Supervising OTAs at each site.
Manage, plan and produce a weekly activity timetable for all therapy staff at each site.
Produce daily clinical notes and assessment reports as required.
6 Month plus Contract
Band 6 equivalent
Rates: £25-£35ph (dependent on hours and experience)
15-37.5 hours per week
