The Process Transition Lead is responsible for taking requirements of the Learning & Development (L&D) Transformation Team in HR and defining the best way to integrate into Global Learning Services (GLS) Operations. This role reports into the Senior Director, Global Learning Services.
Your new job
You will be responsible for working with the key stakeholders across those processes (GLS Operations Team, Senior Director GLS, GBS, L&D Transformation Team and SET area points of contacts) to build a roadmap for change and ensure the smooth and successful transition of new services to GLS Operations.
The Process Transition Lead requires experiences of transitioning complex services and proven delivery of processes in learning shared service capabilities that have driven excellence, efficiencies and value to support the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a strong background of process change experience and have worked on similar projects to transfer services. Ideally in a learning services environment. Good understanding of Learning Technology ideally Degreed, Xyleme and Saba.
